Stephanie - Health Coach

Hi there, I'm Stephanie

Welcome to my home on the internet! I'm glad you're here.

My goal is help inspire people to live their healthiest lives. We live in a toxic soup in our modern world…it's time we reclaim our health and fight for a cleaner land for all.

If I've learned anything from my time here on Earth, it's that we need to live in harmony with mother nature – that which God created as a paradise for all.

If I've learned anything from 2020; it's that we need to question everything when it comes to our health and what authorities claim is good for us. Navigating that world is tricky; so my solution is to go back to the basics of what is good for human health.

My Inspiration

The teachings of Weston A Price and the continued work of Sally Fallon through the Weston A Price Foundation and the Wise Traditions of ancestral health have inspired my way of living.

A life filled with REAL food, fresh from the farm, REAL milk, sunshine, feet on the earth, unplugging from constant technology, and building strong communities is how we can THRIVE and help one another.

My Journey

My background is diverse and rich in learning. I am forever a student of the world.

I've been studying health since I was a child and became a vegetarian at the age of twelve (more on that story here). Before that I became fascinated with plants when my mom gave me my first cup of chamomile and mint tea at seven. I thought how amazing that the plants are here to help us!

I remember at ten years old, my mom brought home organic apples from the grocery store in Long Island. She said, "This is an apple that is grown as nature intended." I thought, "What kind of apples have we been eating then, Mom?"

The kind that were heavily sprayed with pesticides.

Growing up, we didn't have a farmers market in our town. The last farm in Smithtown, NY was turned into "McMansions" developed like much of the land into plastic houses and strip malls. Old Country Road had become a freeway littered with malls, box stores and Starbucks. The people called it progress as they shopped and ate pretty packaged foods from the Supermarkets. We didn't know what we were missing.

Meanwhile, in the Hamptons…they kept their farm stands, local markets, raw milk and real fresh food from the farms.

My health journey continued as I started to decline with my vegetarian, soon after, vegan diet. I learned about farmer's markets and organic food and researched the "right" way to thrive on that diet. I tried for 15 years. I ate all the organic vegetables, took the b12 supplements, and vegan algae, green juices, all the hemp, nuts and seeds, the vitamins, avocado and coconut for my fats and my body was still suffering. Brain fog, chronic fatigue, depression, anxiety, thyroid issues, autoimmune symptoms and a loss of my "glow" and hair fallout were some of what I experienced.

I cut out gluten and that seemed to help somewhat. I eliminated dairy and even went raw vegan for some time. I was so desperate and constantly hungry!

I knew something had to change when I could barely make it through the work day and my surrounding colleagues were doing fine on their Chick-fil-A.

I made a change after much deliberation – I ate some pastured eggs and I felt so good!

But my journey continued as I became aware of the Paleo movement and it inspired me to start to eat like a human again and less like a bird.

It was a truth I had to accept. Human beings are designed to eat meat. So I changed my identity and my beliefs.

Now I help people reclaim their vibrant health that they deserve as a God given right.
